Education
Mr. Stokes graduated from Logan High School in Logan, Utah in 1965.  He received his B.A. from Haverford College in 1969 and his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1972.  He was admitted to practice law in Colorado's state and federal courts in 1973.
