Firm History Stokes & Wolf, P.C., formerly the law office of Allen W. Stokes, Jr. has limited its practice to commercial and consumer collections since 1980.  Attorney Allen W. Stokes retired from the practice of law in 2013 after 30 plus years of practice devoted to collecting past due accounts.  Managing attorney James R. Wolf guides the firms mission to provide superior collection services for our clients with integrity, respect, fairness and excellence towards resolving matters efficiently and economically. Attorney Biography - James R. Wolf With extensive experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable Management and Creditor Rights, Jim has been practicing law since 1999. With over 15 years working exclusively in the field of debt collections and creditor rights. Jim also specializes in representing individuals, small business owners, and nationwide companies, helping them recover debts and accounts receivables owed to them from vendors, contractors, clients and tenants. He is deeply committed to representing his client’s interests in the most ethical, professional, results-driven and cost-effective manner possible. In addition to practicing law, he is also a Professional Seminars and Continuing Legal Education Lecturer and Author. Education Jim received his B.S. from Metropolitan State College of Denver in 1992 and his J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law in 1998.
